Your Cary Carvel is under new management! Carvel, the largest and oldest ice cream franchise, has recently welcomed Gwen Richie into their family. Carvel’s success has been based on their great ice cream and ice cream cakes. They are great because Carvel ice cream is made fresh in the store from the highest quality ingredients.

Gwen invites you to come into the store to get to know her and all her Carvel products. This is Gwen’s first full time job outside the home in 13 years. When asked why she made the move, Gwen says, "Since our children are getting older (10 and 12), my husband and I want them to experience first-hand how to run a business. I’m building a name for myself in the community, as well. And, while I’m doing something for myself, I’m also helping out the local economy while having fun!"

Gwen is looking for co-managers, - responsible local patrons who would like to take on some important duties at the store (flexible hours available). She is also interested in talking to dependable young people who want to earn some extra money working at their local Carvel.
